Who is responsible

This website belongs to Abdalrahman Khairy, an independent brand strategist and identity designer based in Damietta, Egypt. I am responsible for the information you share here.

What I collect

• What you enter in the discovery form: the services you need, your brand’s stage, your name and role, your website or Instagram, your country, when you’d like to start, how you found me, and the contact details you choose to give (email, WhatsApp number, or a preferred day and time for a call).
• A draft of the form is kept in your own browser so you don’t lose your answers. It never leaves your device unless you send the form, and it is removed once you do.
• Basic, anonymous visit statistics may be collected by the hosting provider to keep the site working well.

Why I use it

Only to reply to you, prepare for our conversation, and arrange the meeting you asked for. I do not use your answers for advertising and I never sell or rent them.

Who can see it

Only me. Your answers may pass through the services that deliver the form (currently Web3Forms) and my email, which process them on my behalf. I don’t share them with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long I keep it

For as long as we are in conversation or working together, and for a reasonable time after that for my records. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you shared, or ask me to stop contacting you. Just write to the email below and I’ll take care of it.

The work shown here

The projects on this site are shown to present my work. Brand names, logos and visuals belong to their owners and clients. Student projects belong to the students who made them and are shown with their permission. Please don’t reuse any of it without permission.

The content

The writing and design of this website are my own. You are welcome to share links to it.

Enquiries are not agreements

Sending the form or booking a meeting does not create a contract. Any project starts only after we agree on a written proposal with its scope, timeline and fees.
